JD:
Oracle EBS SCM Technology with techno-functional skills and experience on Oracle EBS R12 SCM (OM, INV and PO). The position will primarily be responsible for providing day-to-day support and technical solutions on Oracle SCM and Distribution modules. Successful candidate will be able to interact with customer business users and business SME to understand and analyze existing business processes and future expectations and design the solution for deployment.
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson TX, Phoenix AZ or Indianapolis IN or be ready to relocate to the same. Candidate must be able to work in pacific time zone.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- 3+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle applications.
- Strong technical expertise on PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF development, Workflows, Shell scripts, Database concepts, Performance tuning.
- Sound understanding and experience on functional aspects of Oracle SCM (OM, INV and PO) modules. End to end transactional flow of O2C and P2P cycles.
- Must have implementation experience working with global clients and multi-site support/rollouts.
- Experience in capturing technical and functional requirements and preparing requirement/ solution design documents for various business requirements.
- Should have prepared technical configuration documents (BR100) and worked on customizations/ personalization.
- Good Knowledge on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces. Experience with EDI integrations is a definite plus.
- Excellent communication skills to adapt in business interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in all aspects of the development life cycle, including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and support of Oracle ERP applications.
- Experience in Oracle Financials would be an added advantage.
- Experience working in a client interfacing role.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore setting and handling offshore teams.
- Functioned in the capacity of a project/module lead mentoring and reviewing team member’s work.
